The different is with the brightness, good hid are really bright, and it is long lasting. Won't get burn easily and won't blink.

Yes, it is 2 to 3 times brighter then xenon, your head lamp must be crystal head lamp. If it is projector head lamp, then it can't be use.

I suggest you go for OSRAM HID Conversion Kit because your car is using projector head lamp. For projector head lamp, it won't be bright using LED HID conversion kit. It is better you go for HID Xenon Conversion kit.
