    yes it comes with chrome. I only sell Chrome model that is the high quality model.

    If your original axia fog lamp already have wiring kit, then you get without wire. If it is empty without any wiring kit, then you need to choose with wiring kit. Without wiring kit is normally for replacement. Example if the fog lamp is broken due to accident, then you just purchase the fog lamp without wiring kit.
